Overview

The integrated temperature transmitter is a widely used measurement instrument in modern industry, capable of real-time measurement and monitoring of medium temperature changes. Working Principle

A thermocouple or resistance thermometer sensor converts the measured temperature into an electrical signal, which is then sent to the transmitter. The transmitter contains circuits for zero adjustment and thermocouple compensation. After zero adjustment, the signal is input into an operational amplifier for signal amplification. The amplified signal is processed by a V/I converter and outputs as a 4-20mA DC current (the transmitter's linearization circuit uses two feedback methods. For resistance thermometer sensors, positive feedback is used for correction, and for thermocouple sensors, a multi-segment polyline approximation method is used for correction). Another path processes the signal through an A/D converter before displaying it on the meter.
